- Returns are only accepted for defective and damaged products, therefore it is asked that you take the time to inspect pictures and the listing description, if description is provided, as well as asking any questions before committing to a purchase. The only exception is if an item is listed as untested, it is not eligible for returns.
- All listings will be price firm unless best offer is included, so please do not message me with offers, utilize the best offer tool.
- Listings will be shipped out in the mail within 24 hours after the purchase (unless purchased on the weekend or a holiday), please leave a week for delivery, if you do not receive your item after a week of shipment, then please send a message letting me know.
- Items purchased on a weekend or holiday, will not be sent out in the mail until the next business day.
Other Notes for Games:
- Games that include any sort of codes in the manual such as Xbox live subscriptions, Nintendo reward points, activation codes, and others, have not been tested and cannot be guaranteed that they haven't already been redeemed.
- Listings will be sold as either the game itself, with the box (meaning no manual), complete in box (meaning with the manual), or brand new sealed. Note that games in the more modern generations may not have been made with a paper manual, so that means listings with no manual may be listed as complete in box.
For Games with Multiple Quantities:
The given picture may not be the exact item that you will receive, the following differences are ones you may see on your shipped item:

Quality
. Some may be slightly more scratched, some may be a little dirtier, or some may have some small knicks in the packaging compared to the pictured item. (Any items with severe differences in quality will be listed
separately
at a cheaper price). If you want specifics or pictures of the exact item you are receiving, I am more than willing to provide you with the information you need.

. If a listing is listed as complete in box, you are
guaranteed
the base manual, any other pamphlets may or may not be included.

Disc Coloration
. There are some CD games that have different color variations of a disc. If the game you are purchasing is one of those games, the color of the disc is not
guaranteed to be the one in the listing picture.

Stickers
. The stickers that are pictured on the listing may or may not be on your copy. Vis versa, your copy may have stickers that the pictured listing does not have. These kind of stickers may include: GameStop used stickers, Goodwill price stickers, garage sale stickers, adhesive residue, and other kinds of stickers. I do my best to remove stickers from every item I have in my inventory, however, I am not able to get them all off, thus your item may include any of the previously mentioned stickers.
For Controllers with Multiple Quantities:
The given picture may not be the exact item that you will receive, the following differences are ones you may see on your shipped item:

Quality
. Some may be more scratched, some may be dirtier. Some buttons/joysticks might feel slightly different from controller to controller. The quality of the joysticks may also vary slightly in
condition

For Wii Remotes
. Wii remotes may not come with the wrist strap regardless if it is pictured or not. Upon buyer's request, if I have any in stock, I can include the rubber protector for free.

For Xbox 360 Controllers
. The battery packs may not always be first party. The controller however, unless
specified
otherwise, will be first party.
For Consoles/Systems with Multiple Quantities:
The given picture may not be the exact item that you will receive, the following differences are ones you may see on your shipped item:

Quality
. Some may be more scratched, some may be dirtier. If pictures show any weird wet spots, it's because the console was wiped down before the picture, and will be wiped down again before shipment.

Stickers.
Unless the stickers are huge, in which case a separate listing will be created, different consoles may or may not have stickers or adhesive residue on them.

Internet.
On
Wii, PS3, and Xbox 360 consoles
, the internet connectivity is not tested as most of the internet
functionality
on these consoles is no longer available. Any of these systems that are being sold cannot be guaranteed that they will successfully connect to the internet.
Third Party Items:
- Any items that are third party items, both individually, and a part of lots, will be specified in both the title and the listing description.
- Third party items are tested. However, the quality of these products are relatively cheap, and their quality and life time are not guaranteed to be as long as first party items. Because of this, third party items are the only exception where
returns will not be accepted even if there is a
functionality
issue.
- If you are looking for something cheap, then third party is the way to go. However, I strongly recommend investing in a first party counterpart if you are looking for something that will last.
