All Playstation games have been tested, cleaned, played and are guaranteed to work. If the description of the game says "Brand New" then it is still in the original sealed package. All other games that do not say "Brand New" are used. The actual picture will reflect what is for sale and what will be sent to you.  If the game says "Generic Case" it will be safely and securely put in a generic case, all other games will be in it's original case. There is other games for Playstation listed, the description will clearly read what console it is used on. For example: Uncharted (PS3) means its for Playstation 3.
