    Enjoy the ease of installation of the MrCool DIY 27kBTU 22SEER 2-Zone Ductless HEAT PUMP SYSTEM - 9k+12k while also heating or cooling two separate spaces with the same system. You keep dual interior areas at your desired comfort level while relying on only a single outdoor condenser. The MR COOL DIY Ductless Split System is a heat pump. That means that it can cool, but it can also  heat from the outdoors into your home during cold weather.
    The outdoor heat pump is capable of heating 27,000 BTU. The 9,000 BTU AIR HANDLER can distribute heated or cooled air in a room up to approximately 400 square feet. The 12,000 BTU air handler can evenly heat or cool an area larger.
