Grundfos CU200 and IO101 pump controller set

These two control units are designed and built to be used with all models of the Grundfos SQFlex line of AC/DC submersible pumps. These pumps have been a game changer for off grid homes and remote livestock watering operations, as the pumps will run on 30-300 volts DC, including directly off of solar panels, and 90-300 volts AC from a generator or the utility grid.
I'm a retired electrical contractor specializing in off grid solar installations in the Santa Fe area. These came from my own off grid home. I installed them in May 2014 and used only the CU200 for about two years, then replaced the pump with a conventional Grundfos AC well pump. I used the CU200 for its monitoring and diagnostic functions during this time, running off of my Magnum MS4024AE pure sine wave inverter. The IO101 was never wired up or put into service. These have been sitting in a box since I replaced the pump.I will include manuals and a wiring diagram supplied by Grundfos.
Note that these units will together cost at least ,000 when purchased on the internet, and more than that from a pump dealer. I am offering these in new or as-new condition for 0 plus shipping. If you buy the set and request it, I will also include a second used CU200 for parts at no additional charge or shipping charge. This unit was installed by my former solar installation company and used for several years in an installation near Albuquerque for the New Mexico State Land Office. We replaced the unit with a new one because birds had pecked holes in the cover around the on/off switch and the numeric watts display - the only time I have ever seen this. The unit was still working when it was replaced, so I kept it as a spare but never used it again. If you want it with the others, it's yours.

Information about the Grundfos CU200 and IO101 pump controllers:
The CU 200 control unit is a combined status, control and communication unit especially developed for the SQFlex submersible pump system. It can be used with utility power or sine wave inverters for AC, or series PV arrays for DC. The controller is a user-friendly interface box that maintains two-way communication with the pump and monitors the operating conditions. Built-in diagnostics indicate faults and dry-running, operating status, power consumption and level switch input. The built in system monitor display shows pump operation, full tank, input power (watts), and alarm indicator for dry run, overvoltage, overload, and overtemperature. The CU 200 also enables connection of a float level switch. It may be used with the IO-101.
The CU 200 incorporates cable entries for power supply connection, pump connection, ground connection, and tank level switch connection. This controller will NOT work with modified sine wave inverters such as the Xantrex TR series or any of the discount inverters often sold in stores.
The IO101 generator interface box is designed specifically for solar powered SQFlex systems. The IO101 enables the connection of a generator supply back-up in case of insufficient solar radiation. It includes an on/off switch and allows operation of SQFlex pumps from either solar or an electric generator. It does not have float switch terminals. The switching between solar power and generator must be made manually. In case the generator is stopped manually or runs out of fuel, the IO101 will automatically switch to the PV array. The IO 101 also functions as a connection box joining all necessary cables. The 115V model IO-101 is designed to work with a maximum AC voltage of 126 Volts at 50 or 60 Hz. It can also be used with a maximum of 225 Volts DC.
