This listing is for a little used Bell & Gossett W06197LF  1/12HP 115V Bronze Booster Pump  as shown;
The was removed from a new installation because of a leaking flange seal.......I believe it was leaking because the mating flange bolted to this pump was not aligned properly with the pump's flange  (probably because the rear flange bolt was not tightened properly, which canted the mating surfaces, and compressed the rubber seal unevenly towards the opposing bolt) ......See the last 4 included pictures that show where this pump's flange was leaking
We have tested this pump/motor and it runs smoothly and quietly
The manufacturer's original shipping box is not included ; only this box's cardboard end with it's manufacturer's model number identifying information as shown in our picture # 6 is included.
